/haɪˈeɪtəs/ Show Spelled[hahy-ey-tuhs]

noun, plural hi·a·tus·es, hi·a·tus.
1.  a break or interruption in the continuity of a work, series, action, etc.
I haven’t been posting on my blog but I have been painting so, that’s the good news! I had my very first art show in Columbus, GA (Junkfest 2012). I absolutely had the best time there and sold quite a few pieces of my art! Such an honor to actually create something, with your hands, heart and mind and have someone actually offer you money for it. Best feeling ever. Not so much the money part….it’s more meaningful that I had people admire my art (not to be mistaken, the money wasn’t unwelcome! I can buy more art supplies!).
I’m now scheduled for 3 more shows and am already (trying hard) to produce more art for these events. So much going on right now…thank you, God! Exactly what I’ve been wanting/hoping/and praying for. xo

  1. Congrats on making it through the show and for the 3 to come! I just finished with Fall Festival and still have a bit of paperwork to go but looking forward to getting back into producing art.
    Keep your creativity going!!!
